Theo has always been fascinated with how cities work and their transport systems, and as such has spent 20 years with Transport for London. Most recently a personal interest in tackling climate heating has led Theo to lead on tackling the problem of ‘what is the most economic way to deliver a zero emission bus fleet in London?’. Prior to this role he has led an internal management consultancy, a change Program Management Office, and Headed up Strategy and Business Planning within the Rail and London Underground division of TfL, including delivering major organizational change projects. Theo lives and works in London.
