Roger is currently the project lead for the Brooklyn, New York All Electric Bus (AEB) test and evaluation project.

Over the past 20 years in R&D  at the MTA, Roger led the introduction , retrofit, and scaling up of exhaust Diesel Particulate Filters on over 5,000 diesel buses to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the MTA fleet. In addition to testing All-Electric Buses, he has performed analysis to identify operational trends, and improve maintenance practices to optimize component useful life on bus climate control and bus exhaust after treatment systems.
Roger is a graduate of MYU Polytehnic School of Engineering with an MS in Industrial Engineering with a concentatration in Quality. He also attended Temple Unmiversity College of Engineering where he earned a BS in Engineering (Mechanialc Engineering).
