Lisa is the Director of Bus Programs and Emerging Vehicle Technologies at APTA. Her work supports APTA members in a range of issues related to bus transit service, including electrification, bus operations, bus maintenance, BRT, procurement standards, and more. She has more than 20 years of experience advocating for and analyzing sustainable transportation technologies and systems. Her work has supported development of a wide range of clean technologies and solutions such as electric, fuel cell and hybrid buses, BRT, EV infrastructure, and new mobility services. Prior to joining APTA she was a principal analyst at Navigant Research, where she managed the transportation research portfolio.
