Emmanuelle has over 20 years of experience in legal affairs, public affairs and management. She has worked for Prevost and Nova Bus for 9 years and is part of the executive team.

Prior to joining Volvo Group, she has been one of the director of the legal department of the City of Quebec and worked previously in different companies in the manufacturing, medical, aerospace, software and university fields, where she held a variety of legal, regulatory affairs and sales operations roles.

Actively involved in various associations committees and working groups, Emmanuelle is also a board member of several organizations, including CUTA (Canadian Urban Transit Association),the American Public Transit Association (APTA), the Quebec Federation of Chambers of Commerce (FCCQ) and is the Chair of the board of Propulsion Quebec, the Quebec’s electric and intelligent vehicle cluster. She has also served on the board of directors of CUTRIC (Canadian Urban Transit Research & Innovation Consortium) for a few years.

She is a member of the Quebec Bar Association and of the Quebec Order of Chartered Professional. Emmanuelle holds a Bachelor degree in Law and a Certificate in Administration from Universite Laval.
