Arnaud Legrand is an experienced transportation business leader with demonstrated project management skills and outstanding industrial and technical background. He has been managing technical teams and projects for more than twenty years in the context of complex operations as railway tests/operations or aeronautical maintenance. His career has had strong international influences by commissioning and monitoring international industrial partnerships during his different experiences in aeronautical and railways industries. He joined RATP Group in 2008 where he worked on Operating functions on RER B (regional train in the Paris area with daily ridership of 900.000 passengers) and Subway Line 14 (driverless Metro within Paris) at RATP. From 2010 to 2013, he was the Deputy to the Executive Vice President for Africa and America within RATP Dev, a private subsidiary of RATP. In this holding managing 80 operating companies in the world, he was focused on the business performances of the companies reporting to his Business Unit. In 2013, he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Operating RATP Dev subsidiary in South Africa – Bombela Operating Company – in Johannesburg, company in charge of Operations and Maintenance of the Gautrain Transport System (Train+Bus+Parking system linking Pretoria to Johannesburg and the International Airport to Sandton). Since March 2020, he is the Chief Executive Officer and President of RATP Dev USA, RATP Dev subsidiary in North America, leading 35 transit contracts (Fixed Routes Bus, Paratransit, On Demand Transport, Streetcar) in 15 different states.
